Ryan Payton joins me this week to talk about his years living in Japan, his journey from writing about games to making games, the differences between American and Japanese video game studios, his new company Camouflaj and his new game, République. To that last bit, we discuss his motivations for creating an iOS game and why he’s gone to Kickstarter to fund the game’s development.
