Dayle and I are in Huntsville, Alabama planning our wedding. While sharing the specifics of what we’ve accomplished today is not appropriate, I can say that we’ve visited multiple venue locations, met with a florist, and a baker. We’re also making plans to meet with at least one photographer and caterer before we return to San Francisco on Tuesday.

In a perfect world, we will have the venue, date, baker, caterer, florist, and photographer set before Tuesday evening. That may be asking a lot, but I can’t imagine dealing with that many unknowns from across the country. The more we can finalize, the better.

Also, my family is coming into town tonight, and for the first time all sides of the Snider/Kern bunch will be under one roof breaking bread. It’s going to be fantastic.
