The Plate Method

I’d be lying if I said every meal looked like this. But as long as portion sizes like this are becoming more of a trend, not an anomaly, then I know I’m on the right track.

Total cook time: 22 minutes (because of the biscuit)

And in the interest of full disclosure, there were 2 small sugar cookies after this meal, too. It’s all about moderation and self-control, right?
