I’m not saying every company has to do stuff like this, but it’s nice to see interactions like this. I guess that’s what social media is supposed to do, right? Make connections?

A Consequence of Hypoglycemia. 
Coke and Diet Coke and Coke Zero are really good about doing this. I remember a friend of mine tweeting something about Coke Zero years ago — back when Twitter was new and I didn’t have an account — and she got so excited because they responded with something personal and positive. It’s not just the response, either — they’re always so affirmative and cool!
