I’m not exactly a culinary expert but it’s nice to know I can handle something that most would perceive to be a relatively easy task in the kitchen. It’s rather silly to say for someone that’s been a functioning member of “the real world” but I’ll take the small victories en route to the larger ones.

Of course this means I need to figure out what the larger victory is supposed to be.
