1. One player is appointed the “swineherd” and is in charge of marking the individual scores onto the scorepad.
2. Choose a player to go first. On your turn, toss both pigs simultaneously into the air. How did they land?
There are scoring “positions” called Sider (1 point), Trotter (5 points – a double trotter is 20 points), Razorback (5 points – a double razorback is also 20 points), and there are positions called Snouter, Leaning Jowler, Oinker and of course…Piggy Back.
As silly (yet relevant) as the names are, the game is a lot of fun. Have any of you played this game before?
