Feeling Unoriginal (40 Odd Things)

Considering the doom and gloom of my opening posts this week, I didn’t feel like going to the well one more time. For what it’s worth, I just started a new Lantus pen last night, so I’m going to see what a lighter dosage does for the next 2 weeks before I call Not House. If I think our talk will go better if I have some significant data to present on my side. So, in lieu of another my management methods suck post, I’m stealing from Hannah. 1. Do you like bleu cheese? Nope. American, Chedder, maybe even Swiss, but no bleu. Besides, isn’t it spelled wrong?

2. Have you ever smoked? Never ever ever.

3. Do you own a gun? Does Call of Duty: Modern Warfare count? if so, I own with a gun

4. Favorite type of Food? Type? Call me boring, but nothing beats a well crafted burger.

5. Favorite type of music? Rock. Incubus. ’nuff said.

6. What do you think of hot dogs? Mark Sanchez didn’t do anything wrong in eating one on the sideline last week. Besides, the Raiders are garbage. Oh, and only ketchup on mine please.

7. Favorite Christmas movie? Not much for Christmas movies, how about a Christmas episode of ‘The Office’?

8. What do you prefer to drink in the morning? 2% milk if available.

9. Can you do push ups? Yup. Lots.

10. What’s your favorite piece of jewelry? Around my neck I have a St. Christopher medallion and my Medical Alert ID.

11. Favorite hobby? Gaming. Obviously

12. Do you have A. D. D.? Yes. It’s a wonder I can sit still for 2-3 hours for a podcast, I’m easily distra….

13. Do you wear glasses/contacts? Nope, eyes are still holding up despite the whole Diabetes thing looming

16. Name 3 drinks you regularly drink: Pepsi One, Diet Coke (backup), Water.

17. Current worry? How will I ever afford a mortgage payment.

18. Current hate right now? The nonsense going on in Washington. Don’t get me started…

19. Favorite place to be? In front of my Bravia.

20. How did you bring in the new year? Thinking about how much my life sucks, I started my blog that night.

21. Someplace you’d like to go? Florida. It’s warm down there.

22. Name three people who will complete this. HA. I wouldn’t dare put pressure on someone else.

23. Do you own slippers? No. But my thermal socks do the trick.

24. What color shirt are you wearing? White. But my Blue Marietta (Ohio) sweatshirt is on-top.

25. Do you like sleeping on satin sheets? No. But if you want to buy me some, I could have a change of heart.

26. Can you whistle? Yes.

27. Where are you now? Basement. It’s cold down here.

28. Would you be a pirate? I’m assuming you mean ARRRR pirate? If Keira Knightley is involved, then I’d give it a shot.

29. What songs do you sing in the shower? I don’t sing in the shower.

30. Favorite Girl’s Name? Jennifer, Ellen, Giselle.

31. Favorite boy’s name? Christopher, Andrew, David.

32. What is in your pocket right now? Empty Lantus pen. iPod Touch 32 gb.

33. Last thing that made you laugh? Listen to the end of Episode 77 of the Post Game Report, around 2:04:00.

34. What vehicle do you drive? 2009 Ford Fusion (SE V6). I love my car.

35. Worst injury you’ve ever had? Aside from diagnosis, I’ve never been in the hospital.

36. Do you love where you live? Northern VA? Yes, very much.

37. How many TVs do you have in your house? I have one of my own, but in the house? Brace yourself. 4, plus 2 on the fritz. We like TV…what? WHAT?

38. How many computers do you have in your house? I have the PC and a laptop. Excluding my Avalanche HQ laptop which only gets used for work email and my dad’s laptop for work there is the family computer. So 3?

39. If you changed your job, what would it be? I would be Jerry Bruckheimer. He is the sh!t.

40. If you were granted three wishes, what would they be? Cure for D (obviously), a challenging yet truly rewarding career, and I guess Teleportation would be sweet.
